P1 Pickleballers provides players with access to various features, including but not limited to match scheduling, rankings, player profiles, performance stats, and communication tools. Any updates, enhancements, or new features introduced will be subject to these Terms of Use.

Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation

Unless otherwise specified, P1 Pickleballers’ services are for personal and non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or services obtained from our platform without prior written consent.

Member Account, Password, and Security

P1 Pickleballers does not claim ownership of any content (such as feedback, photographs, or suggestions) that you post or upload. However, by submitting content, you grant P1 Pickleballers permission to use, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating our platform and services. No compensation will be provided for your submissions, and P1 Pickleballers is under no obligation to post or use any content you provide.
